What types of glass railing and architectural glass systems do you offer?

We design, engineer, fabricate, and install: frameless, semi-frameless, fully framed, hybrid, and structural glass systems; interior partitions; architectural glass canopies; balconies; and stair glass guards — all compliant with Ontario Building Code (OBC) and CSA/ASTM standards.

Do you offer free estimates and site consultations?

Yes — we provide complimentary phone/email consultations, on-site assessments within our service area, and detailed written quotations with specifications and lead times.

What is your service area?

We primarily serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) — Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and Durham Region — with additional ongoing projects in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

How long does a typical installation take?

Depending on scope:

Residential (10–30 ft): 1–3 days
Large residential: 3–5 weeks
Commercial systems: 3–6 weeks
Canopies: 3–7 days (simple) / 8–19 weeks (complex)
Timeline depends on weather, site conditions, and coordination with other trades.

Do you provide warranties on installations?

Yes — workmanship (2 years), material warranties (5–15 years depending on manufacturer), and lifetime on aluminum extrusions. Coverage excludes misuse, wear, or damage from structural movement.

Can you handle custom designs and special requirements?

Absolutely — including curved/bent glass, tinted or frosted glass, digital prints, custom finishes, LED integration, and specialized engineering like structural fins or tension systems.

Do you offer emergency glass repair and replacement?

Yes — 24/7 response including site securing, debris cleanup, insurance documentation, and expedited fabrication (1–6 weeks depending on glass type).

Do you work on both residential and commercial projects?

Yes — single homes, condos, custom estates, offices, hotels, retail, healthcare, and more, all under full WSIB compliance and safety certification.

Do you subcontract work or use in-house crews?

Mostly in-house for installation, engineering coordination, and quality control. Subtrades (steel, electrical, coatings) are pre-qualified and supervised by our project managers.

Are your installers certified and trained?

Yes — our teams are trained and certified in GANA glazing, Working at Heights, WHMIS, lift operations, OBC compliance, and first aid.

How do you schedule site measurements and consultations?

Four-step process:

Initial contact & info collection
Preliminary review
On-site visit (within 3–5 business days)
Detailed quotation within 5–7 days

Do you provide 3D renderings or drawings before fabrication?

Yes — elevation drawings for standard projects; 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and engineered shop drawings for custom or complex ones.

What is your typical payment schedule?

Deposit (30–40%) on contract
Progress payment (30–40%) on delivery/start
Final payment (20–30%) upon completion
Commercial clients may have milestone-based schedules.

What happens if there’s damage during installation?

We carry $5M commercial liability insurance. Any damage is documented, reported, and repaired or replaced immediately.

Do you clean up after job completion?

Yes — full site cleanup, glass polishing, waste removal, minor repairs, and a joint walkthrough with warranty documentation.
